Gobbledygook And Gobblededee
A poem of nonsense but perhaps with a message.
What is the answer to the human race?
He laughed in my face, you’re a bloody disgrace
Your problems are nothing like I have had to endure
Like life in a sewer
Since humankind first appeared on the scene
Murder and mayhem has not been a dream
It’s the reality of a giant gong show
With little learned and nowhere to go
He spat out more vitriol than I have seen in a while
Anger and nonsense all hidden by bile
Animosity in spades and lies by default
It who is to blame that can only be answered by tort
A request for a judge, a hanging one preferred
Some have been here before and few have deferred
Like Judge Roy Bean, the dirty old bastard
He certainly was known as one who could cut the mustard
But a Napoleon in drag could have been a much better choice
Or Jack The Ripper who made clear from his voice
The human soul could be as black as a mad hatter
And much less to those who thought life did not matter
