If you Try, the Flapping of the Wings of a Butterfly can be felt on the other side of the World

If everyone who cared about children took action, we could reduce the number of children being killed in war.

When I watch the news and hear of the number of children being killed and maimed because of the murderous acts of a number of psychopathic and sociopath world leaders, I feel a sense of helplessness.

I have pondered for some time on what can I do as an individual, to bring awareness to the plight of children in war zones and areas of conflict.

That is why I wrote this ARTICLE. As an individual, all I can do is call on others to do what I am doing.

I have pledged to write at least one letter a day, every day to a political leader in my country and other countries.

And, I am starting a global petition with the goal to get 100 million signatures. Too big a goal? I was always taught to think big!

And, I am asking all Medium writers and readers to send at least one letter a week to leaders in their countries. If through our efforts we can save the life of one child, won’t that be worth the effort?

Following is a template to copy and paste.
