As a chronic light sleeper, I am always on the lookout for healthy sleep tips. I've yet to find one and have tried and failed with all the "tips" in your very good article. I have several friends who also suffer. Big issues in a city are light pollution and noise pollution. Blackout drapes don't work. Ear plugs don't work. White noise? Forget it. Just annoying.
