Too Many Posts Are Way Too Long
Give me a 2 minute post over a 5 minute any day.
In this 24/7 world we live in today, we are flooded and often overwhelmed with news and stories from more sources than previous generations could ever have conceived.
Once, I used to actually read the newspaper over my morning coffee and bagel when it arrived at my doorstep Now, I scan the digital version with emphasis on the word scan. It’s simply a matter of too many stories, too much information and too little time.
In a world perpetually on the brink of information overload, where time is a precious and fleeting resource, the need for brevity has become increasingly important. The mantra “Give me a 2-minute article over a 5-minute article any day” echoes the sentiments of those who seek efficiency without compromising substance.
In the fast-paced rhythm of modern life, individuals find themselves navigating a constant barrage of information that range from news updates to educational content and everything in between. The demand for quick, digestible knowledge has given rise to the appreciation of concise articles that deliver key insights in a fraction of the time it takes to delve into a more extended exposition unless one is addicted to the lengthy articles in magazines such as The New Yorker or the London Review of Books.
