What Is Truth?

Is it subject to interpretation?

NO! There is no such thing as your truth and my truth. Very simply truth is fact. According to the online dictionary www.dictionary.com, Truth is “a verified or indisputable fact, proposition or principle.” Nothing more and nothing less.

The Greek word for “truth” is aletheia, which refers to “divine revelation” and is related to a word that means “what can’t be hidden”. Therefore, the truth is truth or fact. It cannot be hidden.

There is no such thing as alternative truths or dissenting truths. These terms are garbage. Gobbledee-gook. Nonsensible rubbish. MAGA garbage and GOP “suck up to Trumpisms.”

Seekers of power at any cost, lie.

The Trumps, the Putins, the Marjory Taylor Greene’s and their ilk of the world distort facts. They misinform. They use the witless, the uneducated, the ignorant, and the blissfully unaware to gain support and raise money as do the uber-wealthy who look upon taxation with disfavor and regulations as an annoyance in their quest for maximum profits and in maximizing their wealth.

Truth is the bedrock to sustaining a democracy. Truth is the basis of trust and confidence in government, banking and other institutions that the average citizen relies upon day by day. If lying were to become…
